Podium and tower buildings are proposed in an urban area in Sharjah. Located along road and waterfront, the potential to improve urban character for prime properties arises with the preservation of overhead views for tower residents of the waterfront and introduction of retail outlets at the ground level for pedestrians.

The three towers are designed with view corridors to the waterfront preserved for residential units. The podium oriented to the waterfront and creates a convivial environment for leisure activities of residents. At the ground level, the introduction of retail spaces complements the adjoining plaza as a place for pedestrian activities.
