Crowngate breaks ground on $50m resort in RAK
Crowngate International has broken ground on Avani Al Marjan, a $50m (AED184m) resort located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
The 225-key hospitality project is the first four-star resort to be developed within the emirate’s Al Marjan Island, a man-made archipelago that extends 4.5km into the Arabian Gulf.
Crowngate, a UK-headquartered real estate developer, appointed NAGA Architects to design the resort, and Vanguard Consultancy to handle project management. MINOR Hotels will manage the property.
