The Hotel Tower is to become a symbol of solidity, translucence and flexibility of use. The intention of the design was to create a flexible building that encompasses within its glass and stone façade a sense of modernity and efficiency, which would reflect positively on the end users of the space and heighten their sense of well being.

Henceforth the lower levels were to be used as retail, banqueting and entertainment spaces for the hotel guests while the upper levels were intended for residential in-guest rooms and suites.
