The serviced apartment provides retail spaces, one- and two bedroom apartments, pool, spa, and gym amenities in a modern architectural theme. Located in the iconic Palm Jumeirah, the one-hectare plot has direct views of the surrounding water bodies – front and back – that are partially obstructed by neighboring structures. As a design response, the building was planned with a “twisted” form to maximize view corridors at both ends of the plot. The central core facilitates ease of operations and service.

Driven by the notions of design efficiency and originality, the concept of shifted balconies emerged to create a dynamic effect and maximize the un calculated areas. The units were designed so that a balcony could be accommodated in two different locations. The design reflects a dynamic character with a flowing and soft facade that is akin to the sophisticated lifestyle synonymous with Palm Jumeirah.
