Located in Khalifa City A, the aims of the 7,000-square meter ADM Community Market project are twofold: to provide much-needed community facilities for one of Abu Dhabi’s fastest-growing developments, and to make a seamless interface with the soon-to-be-developed recreation facility and park on grade. The market is an opportunity to provide convenient neighborhood retail, community amenity, and food and beverage outlets for local residents.

The building is intended to include retail establishments that complement the recreational gardens on the ground level, as well as two stories of food and beverage outlets and government services, all commanding a prominent view of the new park. Community facilities will also form part of the development program, and will include public amenities such as a library, lecture hall, multi-use sports hall, community pool, fitness suite and spa, nursery, children’s play area, public toilets, changing rooms, showers and lockers, and other operational facilities.
