The project is a multi-use housing complex that includes 36,000 ft retail spaces, and underground parking. The site consists of seven luxury apartment buildings located in Shams City in Abu Dhabi, forming the Crescent’s Promenade on the end of the mangrove.

The building demonstrates that environmental designs involves a conscious effort on the part of the architect to work on the scale of the master plan and the scale of the detail. And inventive design approach creates new models for the design of residential buildings.
