Located in Saadiyat Island, the architectural contemporary response highlights large openings by setting the building forms in two parallel masses in an off-centered alignment. The resulting configuration allows views of the surrounding landscaped grounds. From the elevated ground level, the central entrance links to the main stairway with views of the pool to establish the residential persona of the villa. The upper levels are oriented to have views of the adjoining sea as well. A double-height ceiling allows the expansive character to flow seamlessly in the lower and upper levels.
