The G+15 hotel includes studios, 1-bed, and 2-bedroom accommodations with retail spaces at the ground level and basement parking. The hotel is expected to provide modern in-city businessmen’s accommodations in the health care district of Dubai.

Situated along a busy thoroughfare, the building design is noticeable with its dynamic form of layered balconies in neutral colors. With the tower rising above the building podium, the glass façade with concrete-and-glass balconies generate a dynamic image that is as vibrant as the city itself.
