As an extension to the existing gymnasium, the design required a seamless addition between existing structures. Bridging the facilities, the addition however became an opportunity to create a focal point between the existing buildings.

Designed in modern style, the additional space provided a program which included space requirements for an indoor volleyball court, basement shooting range, a spa, a recording studio, and a bike shop with display area. With exacting standards of luxury, the spaces create unique ambiance that suit its distinct functions. From the exteriors, building texture define the extension – a modern version of the mashrabiya with stylized geometric patterns.
