Centrally located within residential blocks, the commercial center includes a hyper-mart and shopping mall. The unique curving form is the result of the designer’s site analysis of the location attributes that includes city grid patterns, land energy, access paths for pedestrians and vehicles, and sun path. With the circle as the dominant geometry, curvilinear surfaces constitute the components to develop the built form.

The built form comprising of dynamic surfaces and curving planes capture the active nature of commercial centers. As a converging point for commerce and movement, the sweeping shapes denote the constancy of movement. Capping the landmark character of the place, a highly visible circular tower is positioned near the center.
