With its 3,500-square meter of floor space, a modern mansion straddling a beach front creates and defines its sense of space. Two parallel wings of the building are connected at midpoint to establish a central entrance at the front and an open courtyard at the other end where a lapping pool can be found.

The result produces unobstructed views of the beach front from the ground and upper floors. The master’s bedroom occupies the central portion of the building affording it views of the pool and the landscape beyond. From the pool, the landscape sprawls towards the beach front creating a seamless inter-phase between garden, pool, and seating area and the lapping waves of the beach.
