A corner plot is designed in contemporary architecture to provide commercial and retail spaces for the host community in Al Quoz in Dubai. To optimize the plot, the ground level is dedicated for retail spaces with most of the shops having direct public access from the road.

The first level is allocated for commercial office spaces that are planned around a double-loaded corridor to optimize space use and to help sustain commercial activities in the community. A central courtyard has been provided to allow natural lighting for internal spaces. To complement parking needs of the building, a single level basement car park has been designed to link directly to the ground and upper levels.
