A gated community in Abu Dhabi’s prime residential neighborhood will have contemporary villas that define the community’s cosmopolitan character. A selection of 4- and 5-bedroom villas with over 400m2 of GFA will establish a common architectural language for the community. Set in Abu Dhabi Yas Island, the community’s more than 400 plots will create a new residential destination in the emirate.

Each villa designed in modern style feature floating and interlocking built forms defined by crisp and clean lines. The building facade consisting of stone cladding, glass, concrete, and metal louvers combine for a distinct contemporary character. The subtle variations in facade treatments create different but coherent urban forms.
